When do you ship your ritual boxes?
We ship our boxes once a week every Friday. If you order your kit Saturday through Thursday, it will be sent out that week on Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be sent out the following week.
What’s your return policy?
Individual products: If you would like to return a product, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To learn more about our return and refund policy, click here.
For Zen Den Ritual Kits: We do not accept returns for Zen Den boxes already shipped out. If an item is missing or damaged, please reach out and we will help you out immediately.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
We do not yet ship overseas or to P.O boxes because of the size of our kit, but we are working on providing this soon!
An item is missing or damaged in my kit, what do I do?
Please reach out immediately with photos to us at NAMASTE@thesensesanctuary.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
I’m ordering a kit as a gift, does my recipients email get added to the system for the tool demonstrations?
Upon ordering the kit, your email is automatically added to our system. For gifts, please add the recipients information to us via email to: NAMASTE@thesensesanctuary.com
I’d like to pitch my product to an upcoming kit, how do I do this?
