Our minds are pulled in so many different directions throughout the day. Work, our devices, our hustle, our focus on the future, that we become completely detached from the present moment and our inner awareness. So many of us are held captive by our phones and devices, our work demands, and society’s new pressure to hit the ground running from the moment we wake up until the moment we surrender to sleep. This leads us to be consumed with constant thoughts, worrying, and stressing over future events and completely losing touch with our inner guide and the present moment. We become chronically entwined in a flight or fight response which with time can have serious detrimental effects.
Because of this, we are experiencing an epidemic of burnout and chronic stress.
We want to play a role in helping you beat burnout.

IN PERSON SENSE SANCTUARY EXPERIENCES

Now offering group and individual in-person multi-sensory healing experiences and services. These in-person experiences last between 1 to 2.5 hours depending on your chosen journey and immerse you into a complete multi-sensory ritual that taps into each of your five physical senses, and your intuitive sixth sense. Our in-person experiences integrate various holistic modalities and therapies into one guided session that works on a biochemical level to bring your body back into balance.
